Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of Bookero. By using the site, you agree to them. They're written in plain English and kept as short as the subject allows.
Template notice. These terms are a general-purpose starting point provided for information only. They are not legal advice. Please review and adapt them to your circumstances with a suitably qualified adviser before launch.
About the service
Bookero is a free website offering travel guides and in-browser tools that help you compare the true cost of flights and hotels. We are not a travel agent, tour operator or booking platform. We do not sell flights, hotels or holidays, we don't take bookings, and we don't process payments. When you're ready to book, you do so directly with the airline, hotel or other provider of your choice.
General information, not professional advice
Everything on Bookero is general information to help you make your own decisions. It is not professional travel, legal or financial advice and should not be relied on as such. Your circumstances are your own — where it matters, confirm the current details with the relevant provider or a qualified professional.
The tools are estimates only
Our calculators work only from the figures you enter. They do not fetch live prices, fares, taxes or availability, and they are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Their output is a guide to help you compare options, not a quote, offer or guarantee of any price. Always confirm the real total with the provider before booking.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links on Bookero are affiliate links. If you click one and book, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes our guidance or how our tools work. For full detail, see our Disclosure & Disclaimer.
Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully and reasonably. You agree not to misuse it — for example by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, introduce malicious code, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The content, design, branding and tools on Bookero are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may read and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy or republish substantial parts without permission.
Third-party links
We link to external sites, including providers you may book with. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, prices or terms. Any booking you make is a contract between you and that provider, governed by their terms — please read them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bookero is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, the tools or any provider you reach through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version; continued use of the site means you accept the latest terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales (placeholder — confirm before launch).
