About

About Bookero

We help people book flights and hotels for less — by showing the real price the marketing hides, and explaining how to book with confidence.

Our mission

Travel booking is a maze of teaser prices and bolt-on fees, all designed to make one option look cheaper than it is. Bookero cuts through it. We build free tools that reveal the true, all-in cost of a flight or hotel, and we write straight-talking guides on booking smarter — so you can spot the genuine deal and walk past the fake one.

How we stay honest about money

The site is free, funded partly through affiliate links: if you click through to a provider and book, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. That's the whole model. We don't take payment to feature anyone, we don't run pay-to-rank lists, and our tools don't push you toward a particular airline or hotel — they just do the maths on the numbers you enter. Where a page has affiliate links, we say so; full detail is on our disclosure page.

What we are — and aren't

We're an independent guide and tools site. We are not a travel agent, tour operator or booking platform, and we don't take bookings or handle payments. When you're ready, you book directly with the airline, hotel or a provider of your choice, under their terms. Our job is to make sure you go in with the real numbers.

Our tools, and your privacy

The flight true-cost comparator and hotel true-cost calculator run entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to us or stored on a server. Your trip plans are yours.

Part of a small travel network

Bookero is one of a few independent travel sites we run, each focused on a different part of the journey. Our sister sites Travelocities and Travelligence cover holiday planning and smart-travel topics like points and flight-delay rights.
